Join a Simply Mindful teacher every Wednesday morning over December and January for a half hour live practice group online.

These practice sessions are open to beginners as well as those who have completed the MBSR course. They will be mostly silent, with a short introduction and some guidance.

This special holiday season group will be facilitated by Trevor, Anthony, Jenny Holmes or Jennifer Sexton, depending on the day. You may attend all, some or even just one of the sessions – you only need to register once.

Practicing together (even when isolated in our homes) is a powerful way of strengthening both your practice and your sense of connection to the practice community. If you’re struggling to get in a practice routine or need to connect, this is for you!

When you register you will receive a Zoom link in your registration email. You will also be sent a reminder email with the link a few days prior. Only one registration is needed per household. Registrations will remain open so you can register and participate any time. All sessions will be conducted online only (no face to face option).

A note about fees
As a gift to our Simply Mindful community, we are offering all 7 sessions for a one-off low payment of $20.
If you are experiencing financial hardship due to COVID -19 we are happy to offer a further reduced price of $10. Please select the second option below.
