Carers Australia is offering a free six-week online mindfulness course for mental health carers, with Simply Mindful. During 45 minute weekly sessions, Megan from Simply Mindful will teach you a range of practices and tips to help improve your wellbeing.
The second series of courses began on Tuesday 27th July. You can join anytime during the 6 weeks.
Sessions are live from 27th July – 9th September 2021 on Tuesdays 11am, Wednesdays 2pm and Thursdays 1pm AEST.
