The retreat is a half day of mindfulness practice held mostly in silence under the guidance of experienced Simply Mindful facilitator, Jennifer Holmes. A range of mindfulness practices familiar to MBSR students are included in the retreat.
Take time out to deepen your practice and refresh body, heart and mind. This is a wonderful way to connect with and support each other and ourselves whilst taking care of our health and community.
Mindfulness practice can help reduce stress, connect us with a strong calm presence and enable us to act skilfully, cooperatively and compassionately. Practicing as a community will help us all to stay sane, stay connected and remind us of our shared humanity.
Please note that you must be a current or previous graduate of our 8 week MBSR program in order to attend the half- day retreat. Participants from other reputable programs will also be accepted.

If you can we would appreciate it if you could pay the standard fee. We are happy to offer a reduced price for anyone experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19 or the bushfires, please see the 2nd payment option below.
