The retreat is a half day of mindfulness practice held in silence under the guidance of Simply Mindful teacher, Jenny Holmes. A range of mindfulness practices familiar to MBSR students are included in retreats. Take time out to refresh your practice and experience the quiet beauty of the Gathering Place. Simple refreshments included.
Please note that you must be a graduate of our 8 week MBSR program in order to attend the half- day retreat.
