The retreat is a half day of mindfulness practice held in silence under the guidance of Jenny and Megan. Take time out to refresh your practice and experience the quiet beauty of the Gathering Place. Simple refreshments included.
Please note that you must be a graduate of our 8 week MBSR program in order to attend the half- day retreat.
This retreat is on Mothers Day and is a wonderful gift to give to yourself or to a woman you wish to support. Everyone welcome, regardless of whether mothers day is a significant occasion for you or not!
