Join Megan Layton every Friday morning over eight weeks for a half hour live guided practice session. These practice sessions will focus on cultivating inner resources and attitudes to help us approach challenges from a calmer, stronger and more centred place. In short they will help us connect with and develop inner resources such as equanimity, calm, compassion, courage, patience and resilience so that we can respond rather than react, so that we can tap into our best selves during times of difficulty. They will draw from a range of self-compassion, compassion and positive neuroplasticity practices. Each week we will focus on one cultivation practice.

Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Only one registration is needed per household. Registrations will remain open until mid June – you can join anytime.

A note about fees
The program fee below covers all 8 sessions (ie you pay once for the whole 8 weeks).
If you can, we would appreciate it if you pay the standard fee. If you are experiencing financial hardship due to COVID -19 or the bushfires we are happy to offer a reduced price.
