Take time out of your normal day to deepen your practice and refresh body, heart and mind. This four hour silent retreat provides an opportunity to practice mindfulness under the guidance of experienced Simply Mindful teacher Trevor Heldt.
The retreat is a wonderful way to connect with what is important in your life and nourish health and wellbeing.
Mindfulness practice can help reduce stress, connect us with a strong presence and enable us to act skilfully, co-operatively and compassionately. Practicing as a community supports our ability to stay present as we practice, to stay connected and reminds us of our shared humanity.
Please note that you must be a current or previous graduate of our 8 week MBSR program in order to attend the half- day retreat. Participants from other reputable programs will also be accepted.
A note on fees

We are happy to offer a reduced price for anyone experiencing financial hardship, including due to COVID-19, please see the 2nd payment option below.
