October 10 2020 is World Mental Health Day and to mark the occasion we are holding a free Mindful Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation session in Haig Park, Braddon.
2pm – 3.30pm
45 minutes of Mindful yoga followed by 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation.
There will be a short introduction with a little bit of info about mindfulness at the beginning and between the practices.
You are welcome to join either or both.
Registrations are free, however places are limited so please register to lock in your spot.
