Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is widely recognised as the world’s gold standard mindfulness training. It is an evidence based in depth 8 week mindfulness program which enables you to work skilfully with the challenges and stress in your life. 

You will learn a range of mindfulness meditation skills. You will also learn to recognise habitual, unhelpful reactions to difficulty and learn instead to bring an interested, accepting and non-judgmental attitude to all experience, including difficult sensations, emotions, thoughts and behaviour. This is a life changing shift for many participants:

We have been teaching MBSR in the Canberra region since 2004 and have pioneered this work in Australia along with friends and colleagues in Sydney and Melbourne.
