Wataarka eveningOur cultivating mindfulness programs are based on areas of inquiry in relation to mindfulness that will enable you to deepen your practice and explore a specific theme such as compassion, the essential attitudes of mindfulness and even how mindfulness presents in the human brain.

Cultivating mindfulness programs are offered throughout the year and are open to those who have completed the MBSR program.

Term 4 2017 fortnightly course: ‘Mindfulness: the gateway to a free and joyful heart’ October – December 2017.

Take this time and space to refocus and deepen your practice.

Each session we will begin with mindfulness practice, reflect individually and together on the joys and challenges of our practice and explore a practice theme to deepen and enrich.  In the fortnights between sessions participants have the opportunity to explore bringing new or different elements to practice.

We recommend you bring a journal and pen to each session along with your usual sitting gear (mat, stool, cushions, blankets etc).  The course content and practice themes will be responsive to the needs of participants.
