Self Compassion and mindfulness programs are offered throughout the year and are open to those who have completed the MBSR program.
Experience in mindfulness practice is an important foundation to explore and make full use of positive neuroplasticity.

We recommend you bring a journal and pen to each session along with your usual sitting gear (mat, stool, cushions, blankets etc).
