Circle of HandsIn this gathering you can extend your mindfulness practice in a group setting as part of the Simply Mindful community.

Each term the practice group meets for weekly sessions of 2 hours with the primary focus on mindfulness meditation in all its forms. A typical session may include guided and silent meditations, yoga or walking meditation combined with a group discussion.

Each session is facilitated by one of our teachers.  In order to join the practice groups you must have completed the 8 week MBSR program.
