Each term our mindfulness practice group meets one evening a week for weekly sessions of 1.5- 2 hours with the primary focus on mindfulness meditation in all its forms. A typical session may include guided and silent meditations, yoga or walking meditation combined with a group discussion.
Each session is facilitated by one of our teachers. In 2020 due to COVID-19 we are accepting beginners and experienced meditators in all our online programs including practice groups. Some experience with meditation is helpful, but not necessary. We are also facilitating short online guided practices at 6.30am on Wednesday and Friday mornings which are open to anyone.
