Graduate Practice Group | Starts Wednesday April 28, 2021



Venue: The Gathering Place (face to face only)

In this gathering you can extend your mindfulness practice in a group setting as part of the Simply Mindful community.

Whether you’ve recently completed your MBSR course, would like to bring attention back to your mindfulness and meditation practice in a supportive environment; or would like to continue to deepen your practice, Simply Mindful would love to support you in this. Our Mindfulness Graduate Practice Group will meet with the Simply Mindful teachers for 6 Wednesday evenings this term.

Our teachers lead the group, providing an opportunity to participate in a range of practices. These include led meditation practices, silent meditation, walking meditation, mindful yoga, and at times short discussions about aspects of meditation. This term’s practice group will be led by Jenny Holmes and Trevor Heldt.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 2021 – Term 2 Friday mornings | Starts 30th April 2021


We’re looking forward to holding our Friday morning program in person at our wonderful Dickson venue.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – Term 2 Monday evening Starts May 3 2021


We’re looking forward to holding our Monday evening program in person at our wonderful Dickson venue. Hygiene and social distancing precautions will be taken to ensure the health and wellbeing of participants in line with current ACT health advice for COVID-19. Participants will be notified of these closer to the start date.

We recommend you register soon to avoid disappointment. Due to COVID-19 the class size will be limited. Unified Mindfulness Term 2, 2021


Introduction to Unified Mindfulness 8 Week Program| Starts Monday 3 May, 2021

Venue: The Gathering Place (face to face only)

Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm on Mondays for 8 consecutive weeks from 3 May (including public holidays)

Whether you are new to mindfulness or interested in exploring new techniques and approaches that can deepen your practice and help you bring mindfulness into your daily life, you are invited to join Anthony Hopkins for an introduction to Unified Mindfulness.

Term 2 Half Day Retreat Sunday 9th May 2021  9am to 1pm


Venue: The Gathering Place

The retreat is a half day of mindfulness practice held in silence under the guidance of  Simply Mindful teacher, Jenny Holmes. Take time out to refresh your practice and experience the quiet beauty of the Gathering Place.

Please note that you must be a graduate of our 8 week MBSR program in order to attend the half-day retreat.
