Join us in this 8 week practice group to extend, enrich and deepen your practice. This in depth extended group practice will be led by two wonderful teachers Anthony Hopkins and Jenny Holmes. Anthony will lead guided practices exploring use of noting and deepening concentration, clarity and equanimity. Jenny will lead guided mindful movement and yoga practices. In stillness and movement, these core components of mindfulness training help reduce suffering and bring greater ease, clarity and connection. (more…)
