This practice group meets at the Gathering Place once a week for 8 weeks, and is open to graduates of our MBSR program. There is a Zoom option if you cannot make it in person.

Extend your mindfulness practice in a group setting as part of the Simply Mindful community.
Whether you’ve recently completed your MBSR course, would like to bring attention back to your mindfulness and meditation practice in a supportive environment, or would like to continue to deepen your practice, Simply Mindful would love to support you in this.
Our teachers lead the group, providing an opportunity to participate in a range of practices. These include guided meditation practices, silent meditation, walking meditation, mindful yoga, and at times short discussions about aspects of meditation.
You may register for this practice group anytime during the term. If you cannot attend in person, there is a Zoom option available and you can choose to attend any of the sessions online.
