Event Details
The Day of Mindfulness, an All-Day Retreat, is an integral part of your MBSR course. The cost is included in your course fee. This term's retreat will be on Sunday 29 March 2026, 9:30am to 4pm. Please add this date to your calendar as well as the class dates below.
Also note there's a BREAK WEEK — no class on 12 March.
