We offer short online sessions for organisations and groups to help people develop and tap into inner resources to improve resilience and wellbeing during these challenging times. Sessions combine the best mental health tools, mindfulness and neuroplasticity and draw on Megan’s 24 years of experience in Mental Health and mindfulness. They are a practical mix of information, science and practice for participants to take away and use in work and everyday life. We tailor sessions to meet the needs of organisations. We have recently run sessions for law firms, global tech companies, local community groups, universities, the City Renewal authority, federal government agencies and groups of parents.
