I can’t see the dates or options for a program
Some programs are offered on more than one date. To see your options, click the Book button.

For programs with a casual drop-in option, like yoga, select any bolded date from the calendar and click as shown:

You can then select one or more drop-in sessions or the entire term:

What’s the difference between full term, class pass, and casual booking?
Some programs, like yoga classes and meditation groups, offer you flexible attendance options.
Full term:
Want accountability and routine? Pre-book all sessions at once (usally 8 per term).
This option is the best value. Note that if you miss a class there’s no refund.
Casual: Just want to try? Book a single session without any ongoing commitment.
You can re-schedule a casual session with no cancellation fee.
Class pass:
Need a flexible option to book sessions as you go? Pay upfront for a block of credits.
When you book a session, one credit is automatically deducted from your account. The cost per session is lower than booking a single class, and you can re-schedule any session with no cancellation fee.
Class passes are valid for at least 12 months, they are not locked to a specific term. See class passes
I have a class pass but it’s not showing up
Make sure you are logged in to your account before booking. Class passes are linked to your login, so they won’t appear if you’re not signed in.
How do I use my class pass?
- Go to the Booking page
- Click Book
- Select the session you want
- Log in (if you haven’t already)
- At checkout, a credit will automatically be used. The total will show $0.
Do I need to choose dates if I book the full term?
No, when you book the full term, all sessions are automatically included.
You only need to choose dates when booking casually or with a class pass.
Can I just attend one session?
For some programs, like yoga or meditation practice groups, you can choose the casual option to book a single session.
For multi-week courses, like MBSR or Self-compassion, you book the entire course and are expected to attend every session.
I don’t think I have an account / I forgot my login
You can create an account when booking, or use the password reset option on the login page.
If you already have an account, the system will recognise your email address and prompt you to log in.
