Mindfulness practice can help us be more present to our inner world, and show up for ourselves with compassion and awareness.
You are invited to a special 1 hour webinar with Megan Layton, Canberra’s most experienced mindfulness teacher.
In this free webinar you will learn what mindfulness is, how it works and why it works. Through guided exercises you'll clarify your intentions and explore ways of encouraging and supporting yourself.
If you are already familiar with mindfulness, you are very welcome to attend as a refresher—this is a great way to re-ignite your practice or re-connect with our community and sharpen your intentions for 2025.
Megan will share a mix of information, science and experiential learning through short guided mindfulness exercises. You'll find out more about the world gold standard 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course which is the source of much of the evidence base and interest in secular mindfulness.
