This is an 8-week course, meeting once a week for 2.5 hours. It also includes a day-long retreat which takes place on a Sunday and is included in the cost.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is widely recognised as the world’s gold standard mindfulness training. It is an evidence based in depth 8 week mindfulness program which enables you to work skilfully with the challenges and stress in your life.

Event Details

The Day of Mindfulness, an All-Day Retreat, is an integral part of your MBSR course. The cost is included in your course fee. This term's retreat will be on Sunday 30 March, 9am to 4pm. Please add this date to your calendar as well as the class dates below.
