On Saturday 16 August, Megan ran a free mindfulness meditation session at 8:15am at Galvanized Fitness, a fabulous local gym in Watson. Participants explored how mindfulness meditation can help build inner resources to support recovery and wellbeing. A light breakfast was provided, and the session was open to everyone, not just gym members.
