This is a very short practice you can do anytime – before you brush your teeth at night, in between work meetings, or while you’re waiting for the kettle to boil.

Before you begin, inviting you to find a comfortable place to either sit or lie, preferably someplace you won’t be disturbed. And give yourself permission to take a few minutes out, to take good care of yourself, settle and bring your attention into the present moment.
