This is a good practice to begin with if you have never tried mindfulness before, or if it’s been a while and you want a gentle re-introduction.

Before you begin, inviting you to find a comfortable place to either sit or lie, preferably someplace you won’t be disturbed. You can have your eyes open or closed.
