Anxiety & Stress, Free resources, Meditation practices, Mindfulness, Self-compassion, Sleep

Do you have caring responsibilities that take up a significant portion of your time and energy? Perhaps you are a carer for a loved one or a vulnerable person. As a carer, you may be working with complex issues while managing your own mental and physical health simultaneously. Learning to practice self-compassion, drop into deep rest, and work with strong emotions can help you sleep better and enjoy improved wellbeing.

Simply Mindful, in partnership with Carers Australia, created a series of mindfulness sessions for carers. The sessions consists of six episodes and two bonus episodes which cover managing anxiety, sleep, ‘on the go’ mindfulness and self-compassion.

When you are ready, simply push play on the first session below.
